Take Thanksgiving outdoors with a scenic creekside dinner at L’Auberge de Sedona.
The resort is inviting guests and locals alike to take part in a four-course Thanksgiving tasting menu at its Cress on Oak Creek restaurant situated along the banks of Oak Creek.
First course options include steak tartare, Oak Creek risotto, and rabbit cavatelli. Next, choose a second course among pumpkin soup, Beeler’s pork belly or autumn greens. Main course dishes include all-natural turkey ‘en ballotine’ with giblet stuffing, pommes purée, red cabbage, shaved pear, pickled cranberries and gravy, or butternut squash squash tortellini with candied pecans, honey maitake mushroom, charred butternut squash, and arugula, among others.
Top the meal off and indulge in your choice of dessert from a brown butter apple tart, pumpkin pie with rosemary marshmallow to chocolate pudding cake in a jar.
