San Diego Mission Bay Resort

San Diego – Opening January 2020

Formerly the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa, the resort has undergone a $21 million reimagination and renovation to reopen as the San Diego Mission Bay Resort. Located at Mission Bay Park, the hotel features redesigned guest rooms and bathrooms, conference center and board rooms; expanded amenities; enhanced technology; custom furniture and more.

The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood

Los Angeles – Opening Early 2020

Situated just one block south of Sunset Blvd., the new Godfrey Hotel will channel the glam of Hollywood with the laidback vibe of SoCal. Think clean, contemporary rooms with touches of gold and views of the bustling city. A rooftop pool and lounge will be the daytime getaway on the seventh floor. For dining, guests can relax at a lobby bar or dive into good eats at the casual steakhouse, cheekily named About Last Knife.

Orange County – Opening March 2020

Located in the true heart of Orange County, this new resort will connect guests to the history and culture of its surroundings. Featuring 125 hacienda-inspired guest rooms with seven luxury suites and three residential-style villas, the property will exude the style of Old Spain. A verdant on-site olive grove will play a role in many aspects of the hotel including things like an olive-oil based body scrub at the spa, an olive oil tasting at the restaurant or a unique experience in the grove itself. Guests can savor a modern twist on classic Spanish favorites at the signature restaurant, unwind at the spa or explore the lush landscaping and great stone church.

Fairmont Century Plaza

Los Angeles – Opening April 2020

The new Fairmont is opening in a truly historic LA piece of real estate. The luxe hotel is taking over what used to be the Century Plaza Hotel which opened in 1966 on the former back lot of 20th Century Fox Studios. The large hotel will have 400 guest rooms available to book plus a rooftop swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, retail spaces, a 14,000-square-foot spa and multitude of food and beverage outlets. Its event spaces will offer nearly 24,000 square feet of options including the ballroom which has hosted iconic names like Bob Hope, Clark Gable, Muhammad Ali, Lucille Ball and many U.S. presidents, among others.

JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort

Anaheim – Opening April 2020

The new resort will be Orange County’s first JW Marriott and will be just steps from Disneyland Resort and the Anaheim Convention Center. Amenities include a rooftop bar and lounge with views of the nightly fireworks, a swimming pool with cabanas, a fitness center, yoga and zen rom and an outdoor experience called JW Gardens where art installations come to life. The property will also offer plenty of meeting spaces with 43,000-sq.-ft. of indoor and outdoor function spaces.

Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley

Napa Valley – Opening July 1, 2020

Wine-lovers will soon be able to escape to Four Seasons’ newest location, surrounded by hundreds of acres of vineyards in Napa’s historic town Calistoga. The resort is the first to feature a thorough grape-to-glass experience with an on-site world-class vineyard and winery led by Calistoga resident Thomas Rivers Brown, who was named Winemaker of the Year by Food & Wine in 2010. Guests can enjoy hands-on winemaking, tasting sessions and private dining in The Barrel Room. Accommodations are highlighted by a farmhouse chic vibe and all include private terraces and fireplaces. A spa and fitness center, signature restaurant, two pools and a kids’ program round out the amenities.

The Westin Anaheim Resort

Anaheim – Opening August 2020

Ideal for those attending conventions, visiting Disneyland or simply exploring the best of SoCal, the new Westin Anaheim Resort is perfect for all. Located across from Disneyland Resort and adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center, the new 618-room hotel will feature four dining outlets, a rooftop bar with views of Disney’s fireworks, an outdoor pool, fitness center, and tons of meeting space.

Montage Healdsburg

Sonoma County – Opening October 2020

Located in the heart of wine country, the resort will feature 130 bungalow-style guest rooms and suites among historic groves. The environmentally friendly rooms will dedicate a third of each rooms’ space to outdoor living with fire pits, daybeds, lounges and chairs. Additionally, the 11,500-sq.-ft. Spa Montage will be elevated 20 feet above the ground for premium views of the vineyards and offer grape-themed treatments. Dining options will fuse French and California cuisine with the signature restaurant offering terroir-to-table fare.

Pendry West Hollywood

Los Angeles – Opening 2020

The vibrant Sunset Strip hotel will feature 149 luxury guest rooms and suites plus 40 residences for those looking to make it home. A signature restaurant from Wolfgang Puck, live entertainment venue, rooftop bar, screening room, bowling alley, spa and private membership club are among the upscale amenities. The new hotel is expected to be a favorite among high-class celebrities and A-listers. Suites will even be wired to accommodate Hollywood’s press junkets where members of the media interview stars of upcoming film and TV releases.
