Best of Our Valley 2020 is now open for voting. From now through Nov. 30, vote on your favorite local businesses, professionals and individuals across more than 4,000 categories for AZ Foothills annual Best Of Our Valley online contest.
The very best of each category will ultimately be featured in the coveted AZ Foothills’ Best of Our Valley collectors edition issue, a tell-all guide to the coolest people and places in the Valley of the Sun.
In honor of the fierce competition, we’re highlighting some of the leaders in the top categories so you can get to better know your nominees and potential winners.
Here, we’re showcasing some of the greatest getaways to explore beyond the Valley in the Escapes category.
Best Orange County Resort or Hotel
Montage Laguna Beach has more than half the votes, but the remaining nominees which include Monarch Beach Hotel, Resort at Pelican Hill and The Ritz-Carlton Dana Point are all tied for second. Vote here
Best San Diego Resort or Hotel
Last year’s winner Hotel Del Coronado is in good standing to repeat their win with about 60-percent of the votes. The next closest contender is Kimpton Hotel Palomar San Diego. Vote here
Best Sedona Resort or Hotel
The Valley’s favorite northern getaway is sprinkled with plenty of wellness resorts. With a little more than 40-percent of the votes, L’Auberge de Sedona is in the lead for the likely win. Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa is the next closes with 14-percent of the votes. Vote here
Best Tucson Resort or Hotel
The Tucson race is tight with Casino del Sol Resort clocking in at half the votes and Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa in a close second with 45-percent of the votes. Vote here
Top Mexico Resort
Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita has two-thirds of the vote while Cabo’s Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort claims the other third. Vote here
