Four Seasons Austin Launches Wine-Fueled Yoga Classes

Take your self care resolution to a whole new level with Four Seasons Hotel Austin‘s newest wellness class. Kicking off in January, Vino & Vinyasa is every girl’s dream come true. The class combines classic yoga with wine education, giving yogis the chance to sip between poses.

“Vino Vinyasa events are the only classes that incorporate wine education into the yoga flow,” says instructor Morgan Perry, founder of Vino Vinyasa. “Austin is the perfect market for us because residents are both health-focused and curious to learn more about wine.” In addition to seven years of yoga experience, Perry holds her WSET Level 3 wine certification, giving her the perfect skillset for this unique offering.

The first class is taking place January 12 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. which will feature the first 45 minutes dedicated to vinyasa-style yoga with fun wine facts throughout. A quick cool down will follow before diving in to a comparative tasting of Jansz sparkling wines. Afterwards, participants can head to Ciclo for 20 percent off a Saturday Brunch entrée, and 50 percent off select champagnes until 2 p.m.

Future classes will be held monthly with each session highlighting a new varietal or seasonal theme. When the weather warms up, Vino & Vinyasa will take place on the hotel’s back lawn overlooking Lady Bird Lake.

Classes are $25 per person and can be purchased here.
