Mountain Shadows is launching a new Food for Thought cooking demo series at Hearth ’61. Led by Executive Chef Charles Wiley, the series combines learning and lunching where each guest will learn how to make a great dish with a recipe to take home. Participants will be able to taste the dish and enjoy two glasses of paired wine. Themes vary for each class. Upcoming classes include Healthy Eating in the New Year on Jan. 18., The Perfect Valentine’s Day Dish to Make for your Sweetheart on Feb. 8 and Springtime Eats on March 14. Tickets are $36.

For the ultimate experience, book the Sip, Saber & Savor Package which includes a two-night stay, a private Food for Thought cooking demo with Executive Chef Charles Wiley or upgrade to a private In the Kitchen with Wiley dinner experience and stay in The Residences.

The package includes an arrival amenity filled with local culinary goodies, a private Spirited Sipping Seminar, and a private Champagne sabering with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.

Sip, Saber & Savor starts at $1,450 for two people.
