At-Home Exercise Programs
Pick and choose from an array of workouts with the Stuck at Home Exercise Program video series, launched by Attitude Fitness, whose usual workouts take place at Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown. Moreover, their personal trainers are available for Skype sessions and additional assessments through In-Body technology. Members will receive two free 50-min. personal training sessions which can be done via Skype or in-person once normal gym hours resume.
Free Weekly Yoga
Those in need of some morning mindfulness can tune in to complimentary online vinyasa yoga classes for all skill levels hosted by Andrea Bogart. While the classes are normally held at Sonoma’s MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa‘s Coach House, the digital offerings will still combine challenging poses with breathing to encourage intention, alignment, strength and balance.
