“We really wanted to craft a space for residents who are drawn to downtown living and modern design but wanted something more refined and less crowded than large apartment communities,” he said. “Residents who wanted to escape the high-rise scene and move into a community that was more about comfort and quiet, while still valuing the walkability of downtown.”
