Systems, Structure and Support…you need all three!
In our current real estate market, there are close to 50,000 licensed agents. Don’t you want to be certain that the agent that is representing you in what is quite possibly the highest dollar investment that you have, has there ‘ducks in a row’? There is a significant difference in agents and the groups they represent. You need to be with an agent that has the structure, systems and support to make your experience one that adds value and pleasure.
In the 12 years of being a real estate broker, I have have seen much success from some and complete failure from others. In the past four (4) years, our proprietary systems, structure and support have been implemented to maximize the efficiency of our team and provide the most value to our client.
The systems that are implemented start from our initial meeting. We will discuss your wants, needs and build timelines that work for you. We will create a custom marketing strategy for your specific property and will always create a professional presentation (no iPhone pictures here). All of our systems are put in place, from opening escrow to property inspections(s) and appraisals. This all happens with total transparency between you the client and my team.
Structure is then implemented. Each transaction has its own personality and needs to be treated as such. We arrange every aspect that will be required to bring your property to market, which includes involvement from our partner vendors. All of this is done while keeping to a uniformed pattern, which has been proven to have success.
The support is the third (3rd) but probably the most important segment that we can offer. This is when you really feel the love. Whether you have a question about your power company or your move, our support team is there for you. From the professional office staff, the other professional (full time) agents in the office or our partner companies, we are all always here for you.
