Orlando makes the ‘Top’ lists
Many people know Central Florida for Orlando Theme Parks, but Orlando ranks on many Top lists for several reasons other than as a vacation destination.
According to Inc.:
Orlando ranks: NO. 4 POPULATION GROWTH; NO. 8 JOB CREATION; NO. 16 NET BUSINESS CREATION
This makes Orlando and the surrounding areas a prime spot not only for more growth, but for real estate in the long term.
Orlando is also emerging as a Tech Hub with the Downtown Orlando Creative Village and many companies moving their headquarters to the Orlando area. Growth in Orlando is happening and shows no signs of stopping or slowing down.
Orlando remains a top housing market whether you are looking to purchase a new home to live in, or for investment. The movement overall for Orlando and Central Florida is strong. It is a great time to buy!
