Alicia Keys & Swizz Beatz Sell $3.1M Camelback Estate

Singer-songwriter Alicia Keys and her husband, record producer Swizz Beatz, have just sold their sprawling Camelback Estate home for $3.1 million.

The four bedroom, 5.5 bath mansion, located at 5659 N. Camelback Canyon Drive, features a six-car garage, a spa, a theater, a game room, an exercise room, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, an 800-bottle wine cellar, and a negative-edge pool. Twenty-foot-high, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired windows offer sweeping views of Echo Canyon, Piestewa Peak and Mummy Mountain.

Scott Grigg, owner of The Grigg’s Group with Realty Executives, facilitated the sale on behalf of Keys and Beatz. According to real estate records, the Grammy award-winning couple originally bought the 7,050-square-foot home in 2008 for $3.9 million as a seasonal estate.
