A new chapter in mountain living is unfolding in Rim Country, as Scottsdale-based interior design firm Est Est has been selected to lead the full interior scope for Diamond Pointe, the latest high-end residential community from Integra Signature Estates.
Diamond Pointe will offer more than 28 custom-built villas designed for the ultimate stay-and-play lifestyle. With sweeping views of the Mogollon Rim and surrounded by the largest contiguous ponderosa pine forest in the world, the new community is just 90 minutes from Phoenix but feels a world away.
Est Est’s appointment as interior design partner stems from a longstanding relationship with Integra President and Partner Robert Meyers, who previously worked with the firm on his home in Fountain Hills.

Est Est will oversee interior finishes, furnishings, and customization options across a wide range of floor plans, spanning approximately 2,300 to over 4,000 square feet. Designs include the Aspen, Mesquite, Pinion, Juniper, and Ponderosa models, with additional configurations to be announced.
