5 Interior Design Highlights From Maison&Objet + Paris Déco Off

Leading textile and interior design brands gathered in Paris last month to reveal their latest and greatest fabrics, home decor and furniture at Maison&Objet and Déco Off, two of the most noteworthy annual events in the interiors industry that attract thousands of visitors and industry aficionados to the city of light’s showrooms each year.

Of the variety of collections, textures, colors and designs showcased at the past event, here are some highlights from Maison&Objet and Déco Off 2023.

De Gournay

De Gournay

Featuring delicate details and hand-embroidered depictions of sea shells and palm leaves, De Gournay’s striking showroom in Paris transported visitors to a moonlit seafloor and a treetop canopy with its new “Amami Waves” and Étienne’ wallpaper designs. Both designs embellish walls with simple, but intricate patterns and scenes of nature using luxury materials such as silk. 

Designheure

Designheure

French design studio Designheure, known for its unique light systems and chandeliers, showcased its newly-launched elegant chandelier 10 Moyen of the Nuage collection, as well as other designs, including the geometric and luminous Mozaik panel in multiple colors and the LED Nénuphar wall lamps that come in personalized colors. 

Farrow & Ball

Farrow & Ball

Wallpaper and paint company Farrow & Ball debuted its Dead Flat paint finish, an easy-to-clean, ultra-matte finish that can be applied to walls, woodwork and metal surfaces. The showcase displayed the new finish on a wall in a pure white paint color and in Beverly No.310, a deep forest green.

Loro Piana

Loro Piana, which offers a gorgeous line of Italian-made interior fabrics in wool, linen, cotton, silk, cashmere, velvet and more, revealed its Interiors 2023 collection at Maison&Objet and Déco Off. The newest collection features close to two dozen different textile designs made from all-natural raw materials, including a smooth but durable mohair velvet for upholstery in 20 vibrant colors and a sisal and cotton wallcovering, Astratto Moire, that recalls silk.

Stamuli

Stamuli

Staying true to Stamuli’s signature brightly-colored and unique designs, the new Tagadá collection by the Stockholm-based architecture and design studio features a new dining set and armchair that are sure to catch your attention. The dining set consists of a table and two straight-cut, colorful chairs, while the armchair boasts bright blue armrests and a shaggy rose-colored back cushion.
