Scottsdale-based homebuilder Camelot Homes is bringing a new collection to the West Valley with Long Canyon Reserve, a 19-home community planned within Castle Hill Partners’ Saddleback development in Peoria.

Located within a gated portion of the 5,300-acre development, Long Canyon Reserve will feature homes with views of the surrounding native desert ranging from approximately 3,000-5,500 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, 3.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and average lot sizes of approximately one-third of an acre.
Camelot plans to host an exclusive VIP first-look event in December, when pricing and lot selections will be released. Designed with the Arizona lifestyle in mind, the community’s single-level floor plans emphasize indoor-outdoor living. Homes will feature spacious central courtyards, covered patios and large sliding glass doors designed to create a connection between interior and exterior spaces.

Additional features will include chef’s kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, en-suite bedrooms, walk-in closets and available three-car garages.
“It’s been more than a decade since we built a new community in the West Valley,” President Kevin Rosinski said. “From the beautiful desert surroundings to the prime location just minutes from major employment hubs, it’s exciting to be a part of the explosive growth happening in and around Peoria.”

Long Canyon Reserve is part of Saddleback, a master-planned development designed for residents who enjoy outdoor adventure as well as the quieter side of desert living. The community is located northwest of Phoenix near golf destinations including Quintero, Trilogy and Blackstone Country Club.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. Those interested in receiving updates about the community can join the Long Canyon Reserve interest list or follow @camelothomes on Instagram.
