As I write this post, there are officially 97 days, 23 hours, 13 minutes and 2 seconds until the Barneys New York store at Scottsdale Fashion Square opens and I could not be more excited. Yay! Most of us fashion-obsessed just can’t wait as a store like Barney’s in Arizona is long overdue.
I could quite easily sit here and obsess about the grand opening. About all the fabulousness that is about to grace us with its presence right in sunny Scottsdale. But I figure, might as well obsess online. Here’s some of my current favorite finds from Barneys New York. Oh and P.S. they’re having a major sale right now that’s up to 70% off designer shoes, apparel and accessories for men, women and children. And no, you don’t have to wait for the store to enjoy these sales, you can always order online!
These Miu Miu patchwork wedges are a bit wacky but kind of cool. I’m loving the height on these, plus they’re on sale for $274, marked down from $600!
These Jill Sander sandals are oh-so-cool. I lust. They’re on sale for $341, regularly priced at $845. Yes, I want please! Thanks.
These Fendi bandage sandals are such a good summer shoe. They’re on sale for $280, marked down from $695.
If you have yet to invest in a pair of luxury shoes, I would make it something classic like this Christian Louboutin Mary Jan pump that’s on sale for a ridiculous price. This shoe will absolutely never go out of style and at $387, marked down from $965, it’s a fantastic deal.
This Marc by Marc Jacobs ruffled tank top is a cute addition to your everyday wardrobe. It also comes in cream too. On sale for $99. Originally $150.
When it comes to buying sale items, it’s totally O.K. to buy and save for later. This Loomstate for Barneys cardigan, for example, might not be wearable for another few months but when the temps start to chill, you’ll be glad you scooped this up. On sale for $129. Originally $190.
This little Myne dress makes me want to go to San Diego for the weekend and jump on a sailboat. It’s cute and fresh and totally adorable. $248.
Guess what?? Barneys’ sale items includes beauty goodies too. Like this Vincent Longo trio of lip glosses that’s on sale for $32. Originally $66. Now that’s quite the markdown.

I’ve never been to Barney’s. What makes it different from Saks, Neiman and Bloomingdales?
Barneys is a bit smaller and more boutique-y feeling, but still has awesome brands and occasionally good sales.
