Contemporary brands Hill House Home and L’AGENCE have both signed leases at the mixed-use development, marking each company’s first Arizona location. Hill House Home is expected to open in late summer or early fall of 2026, while L’AGENCE is scheduled to debut in early 2027.

Hill House Home has followed a different but equally successful path, growing from an online lifestyle brand into a nationally recognized retailer with nine brick-and-mortar boutiques. Best known for its wildly popular Nap Dress, the brand has cultivated a devoted customer base by blending comfort with timeless, feminine design. Its new Scottsdale Quarter boutique, spanning approximately 2,250 square feet on 73rd Street, will not only be the brand’s first Arizona location but also its first store anywhere in the Southwest.
