As I scoured what was left at the toy store and super centers I realized just how close Christmas is and just how late I am… literally just started my Christmas shopping last night. The really interesting part was that there was a kind of calm in the stores, parents, families, and friends shopping for loved ones and stranger—they appeared to be genuinely enjoying the spirit of the season—no stressful hustle and bustle. Perhaps it is the hard times that our economy has fallen on that has made people realize that the season really is about love, cherishing our friends and family, and being thankful for what we do have.
Of course this doesn’t take away from gift giving, I mean after all I was in the store with all of these people shopping and isn’t that another way to show how thankful we are for each other? If you too are just starting your Christmas shopping here are some great last minute gifts that don’t necessarily break the bank, but still show the lovely women in your life how much you care (enough to get them something fabulous and designer at that!).
I’m pretty sure I’ve said this several times already, but you can’t go wrong with a card purse or coin pouch. Women need a lot of bags for a lot of different reasons. Plus it is a great way to shower your friends and family with designer gifts.
There are plenty of holiday nail polish gift sets out there, but what is great about this Nars set is that it has three colors and a clear coat that can be worn year-round rather than just for the holiday season.
I think that most women have at least one woman who is either pregnant or has a young child in their life and I bet that no one has ever bought them a diaper clutch! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this chic clutch had a changing pad neatly tucked away.
This one you may want to give to someone you know would love it, use it, and finally, not be offended that you bought her a skincare tool. To be honest I would jump up and down and give someone a hug if they were this thoughtful.
Again, women need bags…and lots of them!
I think that fashion books are great gifts for every fashion lover, especially the one that is hard to shop for.
These bracelets are one of the year’s hottest trends and are perfect for everyone from your best friend to your niece.
I will admit that I am not a huge fan of the kitchen (nor is it of me) but whenever I have the chance to throw on my apron, I do. Whether your intended recipient is a Betty Crocker or quite the opposite this is a lovely gift for any lady.
