The pop-up, conceived by acclaimed design studio T__M – led by Tanil Raif and Mario Serrano – pushes the boundaries of traditional retail. The installation draws deeply from the mythological essence of Gaia, the mother of all life, resulting in a space that feels more like a relic of the past than a newly constructed boutique. Inspired by elements such as weathered stone, fractured terrain, and ancient, organic forms, the pop-up exudes the raw elegance of something long-buried and recently unearthed.
The space reflects Cult Gaia’s core philosophy: the intersection of nature, art, and design. Architectural fragments rise from the floor like remnants of a lost civilization, serving not only as dramatic sculptural features but also as striking displays for the brand’s signature accessories and garments.
