Meet Dave Stewart of Alliance Beverage, an expert on the malt and rye whiskey blended by one of Kentucky’s oldest distilleries. Paired craft cocktails featuring Woodford Reserve specialties will enhance a menu by Chef Beau MacMillan:
- Oxtail ravioli with braised chard, smoked sweetbreads and bacon marmalade
- Kurabuta pork chop with roasted butternut squash, Schezwan green beans and honey hoisin glaze
- Banana bread pudding with milk chocolate cream, whiskey caramel and macadamia nut crunch

First Cigar Dinner of the Year

Every Monday through Thursday, The Pour raises the bar for happy hour from 4-6pm. Thursday through Saturday evenings, enjoy Live Entertainment at jade with performances by local favorite musicians.
Don’t miss Ferrari Band Fridays, exclusively at jade bar. Popular local vocalist Angela Ferrari and her band will perform the trending songs and the classics.
On Saturdays at noon, the jade bar mixologists host an interactive cocktail session called Mixology 101where a limited number of guests learn tips and fun techniques along with tastings. And Sundays in Paradise, from 2-6pm, relax and enjoy live music.
