Dior’s Spring-Summer 2017 Couture show today transformed the Musée Rodin in Paris into a magical wonderland.

Designer Maria Grazia Chirui debuted her first couture collection for the house succeeding her predecessor, Raf Simons, with clothes that blended tradition with a personal touch.

Classic Dior styles such as the Bar jacket were updated with draped hoods or face masks fashioned in the shapes of butterflies and insects. Hand-painted and embroidered semi-sheer dresses topped by towering feathered headpieces transported guests like Diane Kruger, Kirsten Dunst and A$AP Rocky into an ethereal otherworld.
