Top Broadway Productions Come to Phoenix

Without a doubt, ASU Gammage is one of Tempe’s most prized possessions and has staged many celebrity artists and renowned Broadway productions. Located on the Tempe campus of Arizona State University, ASU Gammage is among the largest university-based presenters of performing arts in the world. It’s the home theater of M&I Bank Broadway Across America – Arizona and the ASU Gammage Beyond series and strives to connect communities through artistic excellence and educational outreach. It’s architecture, designed by internationally renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, has given the theatre a historic decadence and much Valley celebration.

Now let’s add a little drama. Starting in September and running through the end of the year, ASU Gammage is jam-packed with not-to-miss productions for your viewing pleasure. Most tickets go on sale next month so order your tickets before they sell out!

As funny as it was on the big screen, imagine the production with a little song and dance.

Take in the “Music of the Night” with Andrew Lloyd Webber’s international award-winning phenomenon directed by Harold Prince – The Phantom of the Opera. This musical marvel is such a classic that it has now become the longest running Broadway show in history. Your chance awaits as the production comes to ASU Gammage at the end of October. So come see the story of seduction and despair, and the one show The London Sunday Times called “God’s gift to the musical theatre.”
