1. Red Velvet Cupcakes
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (1-oz.) bottle red liquid food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
