Napa’s Auberge Properties and Food & Wine Magazine Hosting Best New Chefs Reunion

Calistoga Ranch, Solage and Auberge du Soleil have all teamed up with Food & Wine Magazine for the Best New Chefs Reunion, a three-day culinary journey of California’s best chefs and vintners. The event, which will take place Nov. 14-17, will be hosted by Food & Wine Editor-in-Chief Hunter Lewis and offer exclusive winery access with Executive Wine Editor Ray Isle and a cooking demo with Food & Wine‘s Best New Chef Alumni.

The event will feature experiences like a cocktail reception, a family-style dinner overlooking Lake Lommel, chef demonstrations, winery tours, a curated luncheon at Solage, a chef’s dinner at Louis Martini Winery and more.

Featured chefs include Daniel Patterson, winner of five consecutive James Beard Awards for Best Chef; Matthew Accarrino, awarded a Michelin Star for eight consecutive years; Nite Yun, whose restaurant was rated Bay Area Best Restaurant of the Year; Maria Helm Sinskey, Best New Chef Food & Wine; Ravi Kapur, San Francisco Magazine “Chef of the Year” 2015; Gustavo Rios, Executive Chef of Solbar; Robert Curry, who’s earned 13 consecutive Michelin Star Awards; and Jeffery Russell, Executive Chef of Louis M. Martini.
