Talking Rock Releases Golf Course Lots

Lovers of golf or those who just like the look of beautiful greens have good news to celebrate. Talking Rock, a private, master-planned residential golf community in Prescott, is releasing additional homesites in Cooper Hawk Ridge, its newest neighborhood. For the first time in two years, 23 lots are being offered that will offer views of the luxury community’s championship golf course from select homesites.

The homesites range from two-thirds of an acre to two acres and are perched at a higher elevation than other areas within Talking Rock. In true Prescott fashion, the neighborhood is plentiful with beautiful juniper and pinon pine trees. According to the press release, “The 15th and 16th holes on the Jay Morrish-designed championship golf course run adjacent to the west and south perimeters of the Cooper Hawk Ridge neighborhood, where eight of the newest lots have become available. The northern boundary of the community opens to the high country landscape, while all of the homesites have views of the Granite Mountains and the Williamson Valley.”

Residents at Talking Rock also have access to a plethora of activities and amenities: the community dog park; a fishing deck over a bass- and bluegill-stocked pond; a community garden; an on-site coffee shop; a full-service bar, grill and restaurant; a pool and boutique spa; state-of-the-art fitness center; hiking and biking trails and more. The new homesites start at $170,000.
