Dorada Estates Welcomes New Entry Monument

Located on the border of Queen Creek and Gilbert, Dorada Estates, a Toll Brothers luxury home community, has introduced a new entry monument. It features a Modern Ranch architectural style that complements the community and exposed brick towers with ornamental iron and dark wood accents. To round out the new landmark, Dorada Estates guests are also welcomed with a waterfall, colorful flowers and lush green landscaping.

Found at Ocotillo and Recker Roads, the beautiful Dorada Estates offers approximately half-acre home sites with single-family homes with plenty of space for growing families: 3,461 to 6,668 square feet with up to six bedrooms and five-and-one-half baths. (Basements and casitas are optional features on some homes.) Buyers can choose from a selection of six one- and-two-story home designs. On the exterior, homes have an option of Spanish, Andalusian or Craftsman architecture with up to five-car garages.

Energy Star Version 3 Certified, Dorada Estates homes are extremely energy efficient, including cathedralized spray foam insulation to conserve the environment and save on heating and cooling costs.

Prices start from the mid-$500,000’s. Two model homes are now open for on-site viewing.
