Valley Homebuilders Team Up To Solve the “Town Triangle”

Residential builders Geoffrey Edmunds and Rod Cullum have teamed up for the first time to solve what to do with one of the Town of Paradise Valley’s most vexing private properties, known as the “Town Triangle,” the only site in Paradise Valley not accessed by any town streets. Their solution: The Villas at Cheney Estates.

The Villas at Cheney Estates, the team’s plans for the eight-home, 9.6-acre parcel off of Scottsdale Road across from McCormick Ranch Parkway, was approved unanimously by Paradise Valley Town Council.

Reservations for the eight custom homes–which sits on the Camelback Country Club Golf Course with stunning views to the west–can be made by calling Cullum at 602.723.3663 or emailing him at rod@cullumhomes.com. Pricing is expected to start at $1.6 million.
