The Bower Unveils Luxury Single-Family Community in Midtown

The Bower has officially opened its newest single-family home community, The Bower Willo, bringing a blend of historic charm and modern luxury to Midtown Phoenix. Located near Roosevelt Row Arts District, with prices starting in the mid-$900,000 range, The Bower Willo features a collection of two- and three-story homes ranging from 1,800 to 2,400 square feet.

Each includes three bedrooms and between 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms, offering thoughtfully designed living spaces ideal for families and professionals drawn to the city’s cultural and culinary scene.

The community offers two distinct home types: the Rooftop Residences, which include expansive rooftop patios overlooking downtown Phoenix, and the Heritage Homes, which feature private yards and front porches inspired by the area’s storied architecture. Every home is outfitted with a gourmet kitchen, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Ring Doorbell, and a two-car garage pre-wired for EV chargers.

Located at 132 West Willo Court, at the intersection of Thomas Road and North Central Avenue, The Bower Willo was designed with its Midtown setting in mind. As The Bower’s CFO, Josh Tice, explained, the neighborhood itself serves as a key amenity:

“The location is a real draw since every resident is just steps from luxury shopping and dining and minutes from downtown’s infectious positive energy,” Tice said. “We worked hard to design and build a small enclave of 28 homes that blend historic charm with modern luxury in the heart of Midtown Phoenix.”

Rebecca Hidalgo, CEO of Integrity All Stars and Designated Broker for The Willo, noted that the project fulfills an important need in the growing metro area.

“The Bower Willo is the type of housing that many in the community have been looking for. Beautiful single-family homes that match the historic feel of the community,” Hidalgo said. “Before us, it was going to be an APS substation, and instead, it is beautiful homes for people in the community.”

In keeping with Midtown’s creative spirit, The Bower Willo partnered with nonprofit Artlink Phoenix to offer each homeowner a piece of original artwork valued at $500. Residents can choose from works by Arizona artists on a first-come, first-served basis.

“Artlink is thrilled to collaborate with The Bower Willo in celebrating the rich artistic and historic spirit of central Phoenix,” Artlink President & CEO Catrina Kahler said. “Through this program, they’re creating meaningful connections with Arizona’s community and fostering deeper engagement between artists and residents.”

To celebrate its grand opening, the community will host a special event, “Bower Beneath the Stars,” on November 15th from 3 to 7 p.m. Guests are invited to enjoy art, ambiance, and architecture, complete with live music, wine, chef-inspired appetizers, and the opportunity to meet some of the artists whose work will be showcased throughout the model homes.
