Phase Two Now Selling: Luxury Townhomes in Phoenix’s Arcadia District from the $500Ks

Momentum is building at The Arcadian, a luxury townhome community in the heart of one of Phoenix’s most desirable neighborhoods. The 40-unit development has officially launched phase two of sales.

After all 11 residences in phase one were claimed, The Arcadian is now releasing 14 additional homes in phase two, with pricing ranging from $548,000 to the low $900,000s. Sales for the community are being exclusively handled by The Phil Tibi Group with Compass.

To celebrate the next phase, the public is invited to attend The Arcadian Phase Two Grand Opening on January 24, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will include guided tours of model homes, complimentary lunch from food trucks, live music, raffle prizes, and valet service.

Behind the development is Geneva Holdings, a name known for its work in high-end residential projects across the Valley. The team recently delivered more than 140 luxury residences nearby in the historic Arizona Biltmore Estates, including Two Biltmore Estates and The Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore.

For The Arcadian, Geneva Holdings partnered with Scottsdale-based Moderna Architects to create townhomes that balance clean design with everyday livability, offering upscale finishes at a price point that remains attainable for today’s buyers.

Pre-sales began in 2023, and the community’s location has proven to be one of its strongest draws. The development sits between Arcadia and the Biltmore, placing residents minutes from popular restaurants, shopping, recreation, and entertainment options.

The Arcadian offers three floor plans ranging from 1,406 to 1,923 square feet. Homes include two to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Each floor plan spans three levels, while the largest option, the Acacia, features a fourth level with a rooftop deck.

“The response to The Arcadian has been strong, with our buyers being drawn to the location, the thoughtful design, and the lifestyle,” Project Manager Taylor Robinson said. “While we’re just now kicking off sales for our second phase, we’ve already closed escrow on three of the units.”

Adding to the appeal, The Arcadian is offering a limited-time incentive for buyers who purchase by Memorial Day. Through a partnership with the nearby Camelback Village Health Club, new homeowners will receive a complimentary one-year membership to the luxury gym and spa.
