Gilbert consistently wins accolades for being a top spot to live in the United States. Developers SB2-VB, LLC has announced that there will be yet another way to call Gilbert home, this time via a luxury resort-style apartment community. Live+Work+Play project Verde at Cooley Station will be adding Quintana, a development of Shaw, Ltd. Quintana will be one of two multi-family apartment communities within Verde at Cooley Station.
Quintana will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment features stone counter tops, high-grade cabinets, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers and a large balcony for each apartment.
Quintana’s unique, modern and clean design includes a walkable greenway connecting residents and guests to the main stretch of Verde, which will be made up of restaurants, retail, offices, wellness and “The Green,” which will hold regular community events and activities. Other high-level amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, a 3,000-sq.-ft. fitness facility, an indoor kid’s play area, individual offices for rent as well as co-working spaces, a theater room, a game room, a coffee bar and much more.
“Quintana’s design and amenities reflect the high standards of Verde at Cooley Station. Having obtained final design review approval on March 4, I hope to begin construction in October,” says Dennis Shaw of Shaw, Ltd. in a press release.
Verde at Cooley Station began construction last November, which kicked off the first phase of construction for the 23-acre project with an opening planned for early 2021.
