Mandalay Homes has introduced three new unique floor plans, offering modern architectural designs and open indoor and outdoor living spaces within its newest solar and energy storage community in Prescott: Ridgeview.
Per the press release, every Mandalay home in the new Ridgeview community will be built to exceed the DOE’s Zero Energy Ready Home requirements, and with solar and energy storage included in every home, homeowners can virtually eliminate monthly energy costs. This allows Mandalay homeowners to enjoy increased monthly savings and a lower cost of ownership.
The Ridgeview neighborhood offers 52 homesites and will feature three new floor plans ranging from two to three bedrooms and 1,475 to more than 1,724 square feet. Plans feature unique open living spaces and Traditional, Modern Ranch and Contemporary architecture. All floor plans offer a traditional single-family lifestyle.
