Here are the Latest Tenants to Join Epicenter at Agritopia in Gilbert

Explore and enjoy a hand-curated collection of Arizona’s best-in-class restaurants, bars and makers all in one urban location at Epicenter, the high-end, vertically integrated mixed-use community and retail destination in the heart of Agritopia

Epicenter’s impressive lineup of retail, dining and wellness tenants include:  Barre3, Beer Barn, Belly Kitchen + Bar, Peixoto Coffee, Source, Matt’s Big Breakfast, Bunky Boutique, Undertow , urbAna, Vintage Home and Wylde Hair Salon.

Residents and visitors will now enjoy an even wider selection at Epicenter with the opening of four new tenants and the coming of additional businesses that are slated to open mid to late summer of this year. 

New Epicenter tenants include:

Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup 

Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup officially opened at Epicenter on April 6. Since 2013, Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup has been a local quick-service favorite for fresh, customizable oven-fired enchiladas, tacos, soups, nachos, and more. The award-winning Festival Tacos shouldn’t be missed, unless you decide to get creative with more than a half dozen proteins (vegetarian options available), and a wide variety of sauces, salsas, toppings, dressings, and extras: eggs made to order, a goat cheese shmear or even the outstanding Osborn Oro (grapefruit) Margarita. Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup at Epicenter is open daily from 10 a.m.–9 p.m. 

The Collective 

The Collective opened at Epicenter on April 17 and is offering more than just a place to work out. The unique fitness studio is a place where community, fitness, and wellness come together to create an incredible experience! With The Collective, you get access to multiple concepts all in one membership, including cycle classes to get your heart pumping and legs moving like never before, group strength training classes designed to help you build muscle and improve your overall fitness and recovery offerings like cold tubs and a sauna to help you relax and recover after your workouts. 

But The Collective isn’t just about the equipment and classes. It’s about the people too! It’s a community of fitness enthusiasts who come together to support and motivate each other to reach their goals. So, whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned pro, The Collective welcomes you with open arms. Classes are seven days a week and start as early as 5 a.m. and as late as 6:30 p.m. Check the full schedule here.

Spinato’s Pizzeria and Family Kitchen 

Spinato’s new location at Epicenter opened on May 2 with dining available only through reservations or through pick-up or delivery. Walk-ins will not be permitted at this time. Spinato’s Pizzeria is the Official Pizza of the Phoenix Suns & Phoenix Mercury and is family owned, operated and has been rooted in the valley since 1974. Well into its second generation of ownership, Spinato’s enhances the lives of others by having a people-first focus and an unwavering commitment to crafting and serving consistently tasty food that always leaves a positive lasting impression with its loyal, loving guests! Spinato’s at Epicenter is open Tuesday- Thursday 11 a.m.–8 p.m., Friday–Saturday 11 a.m.–9 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m.–8 p.m.  

Manor 

Slated to open in early May, Manor Phoenix is a sneaker and streetwear-committed boutique for the whole family. Their wide range of footwear, apparel, and accessories deliver a one-of-a-kind shopping experience in the Grand Canyon state. Since 2016, Manor Phoenix has combined modern trends through a timeless lens with its curated assortment of brands and items. Manor’s commitment to The Valley grows as they follow up their Uptown Plaza location in the heart of Phoenix to the east valley and the blossoming Gilbert area. Manor’s Epicenter location will be open Monday–Saturday 11 a.m.–7 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m.–5 p.m. on Sunday
