The developer Liv URBN recently broke ground on a new collection of 111 luxury urban condominiums in the heart of the Campbell Ave. neighborhood in Phoenix, which spans the Camelback and Indian School business corridors. The Contour on Campbell Ave. condominium community had its groundbreaking celebration at The Camby Hotel in Phoenix in September.
The community is designed to cater to homebuyers seeking an urban lifestyle with a millennial mindset. Located near the Biltmore Fashion Park, the community is proximate to tons of restaurants, neighborhood hangouts, shopping and entertainment. Active residents will also enjoy the nearby network of urban biking and hiking trails. The name “Contour” comes from the idea of living within the natural lines of a place. Liv URBN and its design partners, Gould Evans Associates, had locale-centric design and neighborhood integration in mind while designing this community, which influenced how structures will be sited on the property, what materials will be employed in construction and finishes, and the treatment of amenities. The developers want to ensure that residents experience Contour’s authenticity, quality materials, artful design and connection to the greater community.

Contour on Campbell Ave. includes one- and two- condominiums, ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,700 square feet. Sales are currently underway, and being handled by LAUNCH Real Estate. Pre-opening prices start in the mid-$300’s and are expected to increase soon due to early demand.
