The beginning of March marks the countdown to spring break, or for those who are not in school maybe a spring vacation. Us Arizonans are probably feeling a bit more anxious than the rest of the country as we some how managed to almost entirely skip winter. Its been in the 70s for what seems like months now. Of course who can really complain about such things? Anyway back to spring break, whether you are jet setting off to a deserted beach on a Hawaiian island or just heading to your favorite theme park, there is always that one looming question, “What do I pack?” So here is our Spring Break Packing List for any situation you may find yourself in.
If you are heading to a beach destination where you plan on laying on a towel and reading a book all day you will need: a bathing suit, a cover up that can go from the beach to lunch, a stylish pair of sandals, and a beach tote… oh and if you are a serious fashionista a pair of brand new espadrilles. At Nordstrom
Maybe you and your best gal pals have decided to take a trip to your favorite shopping destination. You’ll spend your days brunching and roaming boutiques and stores. You’ll need comfy shoes, casual-chic clothing, and a small purse so that you have enough room for all of your shopping bags. At Anthropologie
If you are a mommy and have decided to take the family on a trip to your family’s favorite theme park you’ll need to be prepared for a long day, which can include different activities and possibly different weather conditions, plus you’ll want to be comfortable. Don’t worry we are not going to suggest mommy jeans, instead try this: stylish but casual sneakers, a crossbody bag, jeans, and layer, layer, layer. At Kate Spade
Perhaps your spring break vacation will be celebrating a close friend or family member’s wedding—it is wedding season after all. Spring weddings are beautiful and are also a great opportunity to wear the perfect spring dress. You’ll need: a flowy, floral print, tank dress, strappy wedges, wrap, and clutch. At Nordstorm
Or maybe you have decided that you are not ready for the warm weather (especially Arizona warm weather) and are taking your vacation at a famous ski destination. When you are taking time off of the slopes you’ll need: a cozy sweater and an amazing pair of boots. At Net-A-Porter
