‘Tis the season! Let your nails be the first handout of sparkle and cheer this holiday season with these super chic and easy DIY holiday nail art ideas.

Holiday Watermarble

Combine the colors of the season with this sparkly watermarble mani. Cristina over at Let them have Polish first applied a base coat of Bettina’s Marshmallow, then swirls of Mojito, #15 and Marshmallow. If you favor a glittery effect, apply a coat of China Glaze’s Party Hearty and wrap it all up with two coats of Hard Candy Matte-ly in Love.

Start off by painting your nails white (China Glaze White on White pictured). Galactic Lacquer then took tweezers to carefully place green sewing thread to the still-wet nails. While the paint is still wet, place the teardrop-shaped rhinestones with the tweezers to create a colored light bulb effect.

Fuzzy Christmas Trees

3D nail art has never been easier with these cute micro-sized Christmas trees. From the beauty blog Adventures in Acetone, apply a coat of China Glaze Starboard in a V shape. If you don’t have a super steady hand, use some painter’s tape on the nail to create a border. While the polish is still wet, carefully pull back the tape and sprinkle on green-colored flocking powder. Get rid of any excess powder by gently brushing it away with a makeup brush. Finally, decorate your micro trees by gluing down some tiny star studs and rhinestones.

Snow Falling Snowman
