The Promenade, a premier shopping destination in Scottsdale, continues to establish itself in the city through an exciting new lineup of retailers. Managed by Vestar, the center is now over 98 percent leased, with over 35,000 square feet dedicated to upscale wellness, home, fashion, and more.
“Scottsdale is a sophisticated community, and we’ve made it our mission to prioritize brands that align with the Arizona lifestyle, offering locals as well as visitors access to an expansive lineup of high-end shopping, dining and wellness experiences all in one convenient location,” said Taylor Alvey, Vice President of Leasing at Vestar.
Jennifer Aniston-backed fitness brand Pvolve debuted in Arizona at the Promenade in November 2024. It gives residents access to an innovative training method that combines functional strength training with cutting-edge resistance equipment to sculpt and strengthen the entire body. Pvolve, which spans 2,461 square feet, is one of three recent additions to the center, along with fashion retailer J.Crew and sports merchandiser Fan Outfitters.
“Already a favorite shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in the community, The Promenade Scottsdale anticipates drawing even more foot traffic and generating additional revenue for the region with these exciting new tenants and openings,” Alvey said.
The Promenade, located at Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd., will soon be home to several exciting new concepts, including a 2,161-square-foot IKEA store. Additional openings include Sugar Sugar, The Wallpaper Co., and DXL, a men’s clothing retailer set to open in late 2025.
Kura Sushi, a rotating sushi bar concept, officially opened in March 2025 and will soon be joined by a Cox expansion project. For more, visit scottsdalepromenade.com.
