Fiat 500 Abarth hits North American Shores at Los Angeles

The LA Auto Show is right around the corner, and  as is the case every year, automotive journalists and enthusiasts alike are lining up in droves to see the debuts and unveilings of both new concepts and new production vehicles from the world’s top auto manufacturers and design studios.  While everyone is quick to hype up the next big thing in eco power and EV technology, or possibly the next level in auto/smart phone interfacing, sometimes a new car, or the reintroduction of something old and great, can be just as exciting.  In steps Fiat and their North American partner Chrysler.  The Turin, Italy based automotive giant is no longer shrouded from the American public, and that American public, now having had a taste, has been hungry and asking for more.  Fiat intends to answer the questions and requests of automotive enthusiasts across North America, and they intend to do so with style and aplomb.

Debuting this year towards the end of the LA International Auto Show, the North American Fiat 500 Abarth stands to mark a new trend, one which would be mutually beneficial across the Atlantic pond.  For too long the North American market has been excluded from the finest models of many European auto makers.  This has been true of Volvo in Sweden, Renualt in France, and, of course, Fiat in Italy.  But now with the debut of the 500 Abarth, the high end performance brand for the auto maker, the tide seems to be turning.

The Fiat 500 Abarth offers a combination of high performance and smart car eco-efficiency.  Coming with a 1.4-liter MultiAir turbocharged four, packing 160 horse power, and averaging out somewhere around 35 mpg, the 500 Abarth offers a stylish and well rounded automobile for those of a certain taste set and lifestyle.

Phoenix Valley auto and tech enthusiasts should seriously consider taking a road trip out to Los Angeles in late November for the LA Auto Show, a popular platform for the worlds leaders in design, engineering, and electronics to debut their most cutting edge concepts and developments.

Phoenix Valley auto enthusiasts should also plan on attending the Phoenix Arizona International Auto Show to learn about the most recent concepts and innovations from Fiat, as well as the rest of the auto industry, taking place at the Phoenix Arizona Convention center over Thanksgiving weekend.
