Evolve PR: Celebrating a Legacy of Leadership

Evolve PR & Marketing, Arizona’s largest public relations firm, proudly commemorated its 15th anniversary in September, capping off a landmark year defined by significant growth, national recognition, and a series of prestigious industry accolades.

Established in 2010 by President & CEO Jennifer Kaplan, Evolve has transformed from a one-woman venture into a thriving team of 28 professionals. Today, the firm represents over 140 clients throughout Arizona and across the country. Among its portfolio are names such as Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, Ballet Arizona, Dixxon Flannel Co., Google Fiber, Phoenix Children’s, Sweetgreen, The Heard Museum and The Ra Ra Room.

Evolve’s campaigns have helped clients achieve widespread visibility in major national media outlets, including The TODAY Show, Forbes, Robb Report, and Parade, alongside consistent placements across local television, print, and digital platforms.

This milestone year brought high honors for both the agency and its founder. Evolve was named one of AZ Big Media’s Most Admired Companies of 2025, ranked as Ranking Arizona’s #1 Public Relations Firm, and voted PHOENIX Magazine’s Best of the Valley 2025. Jennifer Kaplan herself earned a spot on PRNEWS’ 2025 Top Women in PR and People of the Year lists, further cementing her status as a standout leader in the field.

“Evolve’s success over the past 15 years is rooted in the strength of our team and the trust of our clients,” Kaplan said. “Purposeful, impactful communications grounded in lasting relationships and measurable results remain the cornerstone of the agency’s work.”

In addition to leading Arizona’s top PR firm, Kaplan is also dedicated to supporting the next generation of public relations professionals.

She has endowed a scholarship for PR students at Arizona State University and established the Jennifer G. Kaplan Meeting Room for Community and Excellence at ASU’s Hugh Downs School of Human Communication, ensuring future leaders have access to the same opportunities that shaped her career.
