In the heart of downtown, The Pemberton is marking a major milestone. On March 14, the immersive venue celebrates its first anniversary with a property-wide birthday bash, followed by a St. Patrick’s Day celebration the next day that keeps the festive energy going.
Since opening, The Pemberton has carved out a unique niche in Phoenix’s social scene. The festivities kick off March 14, at 4 p.m., when the venue transforms into a whimsical birthday party complete with carnival games, popcorn, cotton candy, boozy snow cones, and birthday swag. Caricature artists will be on hand, and the first 100 guests through the door will receive a goodie bag filled with surprises. The event runs until midnight, giving partygoers plenty of time to explore the property.
On Sunday, March 15, the party continues with a St. Patrick’s Day-themed event taking place in Skal Beergarden and Sarah’s Hideaway, two of the venue’s gathering spots. The holiday-inspired festivities run from 3 to 10 p.m. Guests can sip from a St. Patrick’s Day cocktail menu and take advantage of special Guinness promotions, including custom photo printing directly onto a pint. Festive décor will fill the space, creating a lively backdrop for live music, games, and socializing.
Limited-time food specials will also bring Irish-inspired flavors into the mix. Dishes like Shepherd’s Pie Fries and Corn & Beef Fries offer creative takes on traditional comfort foods. Beverage Director Colton Brock will be crafting cocktails inspired by the holiday. His St. Patrick’s Day-themed drinks are expected to be a highlight of the celebration, pairing playful presentation with festive flavors.
The event also carries a charitable element. Admission is $1 at the door, with proceeds benefiting the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation, giving guests a chance to celebrate while supporting a meaningful cause.
