Pizza lovers, consider your weekend plans made. The 11th annual Phoenix Pizza Festival is returning on November 14-15, bringing two days of cheesy goodness, flavor and outdoor fun to Hance Park. This year’s festival invites attendees to sample their way through 15 pizza makers and dessert vendors.

The lineup includes favorites such as Freak Brothers in Downtown Phoenix, Flagstaff’s Pizzicletta, Otra Pizzeria at its new Warehouse District location, Prince St. Pizza on Mill Avenue, Tucson’s Lumbre A La Leña and Cascadia. Mobile vendors and food trucks will also be on hand, including Gabeesh Italian Eats, Floridino’s Pizza Muffin Truck, Ferruccio’s, Re Di Roma, Pizza Arno, Mi Amore and Mobile Pizza Co., among others.

Festivalgoers can grab a craft beer or glass of wine, spread out a blanket on the lawn and enjoy live music throughout the weekend. The festival will also feature a kids’ zone and shopping.

New this year is a spritz bar featuring Aperol and Campari. Beer lovers can also look forward to pours from several Roosevelt Row breweries, including AZ Wilderness, Formation, Sana Sana and Pedal Haus. The festival has partnered with Downtown Phoenix Inc. as a beneficiary. The community development organization works to support downtown revitalization through businesses, events and other initiatives.
Tickets are $20 per person and must be purchased online. Children 5 and younger are admitted free. Whether you’re there for the pizza, the drinks, the music or a little bit of everything, Hance Park will be the place to celebrate one of the Valley’s favorite food festivals.
