Desert Ridge Marketplace Expands with Three National Retailers

Desert Ridge Marketplace is continuing to expand its retail lineup with three national brands coming to North Phoenix. Gap Factory, Ann Taylor Factory and Sierra are joining the center, bringing more than 30,000 square feet of new fashion, outdoor and value-focused retail.

Gap Factory opened its doors in September. Dating its legacy back to 1969, Gap Factory will make its debut in an 8,500-square-foot storefront at Desert Ridge. The retailer features collections for men, women, kids and babies that combine classic style with everyday comfort.

A leading women’s fashion retailer known for timeless style and modern sophistication, Ann Taylor Factory will open in a 5,000-square-foot space this November. The brand offers elevated apparel, accessories and wardrobe essentials designed to blend classic elegance with contemporary trends.

Sierra is an off-price retail brand that delivers top outdoor, fitness and lifestyle products at a great value. Opening in spring of next year in a 20,000-square-foot space, the store will feature a wide assortment of apparel, footwear, gear and home goods from leading brands, catering to adventurers, outdoor enthusiasts and value-conscious shoppers alike.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Gap Factory, Ann Taylor Factory, and Sierra to Desert Ridge Marketplace,” said Jenny Cushing, vice president of leasing at Vestar. “These additions reflect our continued focus on curating a dynamic mix of fashion, value, and lifestyle experiences that resonate with a wide range of shoppers and further strengthen the destination’s appeal in North Phoenix.”

Desert Ridge Marketplace recently welcomed Kajiken, the acclaimed Japanese noodle concept known for its signature abura soba soup-less ramen, and Nadu Regional Indian, a Michelin-recognized modern Indian restaurant that celebrates diverse regional flavors. Trader Joe’s will also open its highly anticipated location at the shopping center in November, further expanding the marketplace’s diverse retail and grocery offerings.

Globe in the Dark, a travel-inspired cocktail lounge, is slated to open, while Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is expected to arrive in early 2027, bringing an authentic churrasco experience with fire-roasted meats and an expansive hot and cold table. Desert Ridge is located at 21001 N. Tatum Blvd., Phoenix. For more, visit shopdesertridge.com.
