Despite the current housing climate, Tahoe Mountain Resorts’ Gray’s Crossing community was chosen by Texas developer, UDC Global, LLC (“UDC”) for a new residential development named Sierra Cove, www.liveatsierracove.com/living.html.

Two model homes broke ground last fall and were completed this summer. Recognizing local expertise, UDC chose to utilize all local businesses to complete the project.
