For the fifth time in seven years, the Shea Homes Arizona Division has claimed the top prize in the most renowned yearly competition among home builders.
The 39th annual Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards recognized the exemplary efforts of builders and land developers; interior designers and architects; and sales managers and associates who make the industry in the Valley one of the nation’s leaders. Shea Homes was recognized as 2025 Builder of the Year at the prestigious competition.
