Green Street Communities is inviting the community on a free, crawl-style home tour to five of its custom houses in uptown and north central Phoenix on Sunday, May 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with surprises at each stop. From $400,000 homes to one priced at more than $2 million, the tour is all about discovering the variety of styles that make uptown’s neighborhoods unique. House No. 1 is located at 2763 E. Yale St.; the last house on the stop is located at 3720 E. Orange Dr.

Home 1: Shaved ice from Kona Ice
Home 2: Mimosas on a rooftop deck
Home 3: Pretzels and beer from Huss Brewing
Home 4: Cuppa Joe from Pura Video Grinds coffee truck – and donuts!
Home 5: Block party with Queso Good food truck, music by Elvis Before Noon, a bounce house, face painting, balloon animals and a wine tasting!
