Calling all yogis, yoga enthusiasts, and those who admire the distinguished Paul Cabanis or the famed YogaWorks studios! On July 17 and 18, one of the greatest and well respected yoga instructors in America, Paul Cabanis, is coming to Arizona to teach Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation at Blissful Yoga.

Paul has brought love, humor, levity, and wisdom to many lives while humbly maintaining a profound dedication to teaching the nuances of Iyengar’s work.

Pranayama (breath work), if practiced correctly sharpens the observation, refines the senses, deeply sensitizes us to the flow of creation, frees us from judgement, and refreshes our perspective.

Meditation offers us an opportunity to go beyond individual perspective and bring our energy to a resting state and to quieten our mental movements.

On July 17 and 18 at Blissful Yoga Studio in Arrowhead, AZ, Paul Cabanis will grace the studio with his teachings of Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation. The 2-hour workshop will provide yogi’s of all ages and experiences to engage with one of the best yoga teachers in America.
