LA’s Hottest Celeb Workout Comes to Phoenix

Extra! Extra! LA’s hottest celebrity workout, SPX Fitness, comes to Phoenix!

If you’re looking for that perfect celebrity body, where else can you find the answers than in The Entertainment Capital of the World? Invented by celebrated international fitness expert Sebastian Lagree, SPX Fitness is the workout of choice by Hollywood’s elite. And now Arizonans can partake in the miracle-working regime at The Body Lab pilates+ in Phoenix!

SPX is a unique fusion of pilates, cardio and strength training. With the state-of-the-art Megaformer, you get the optimum full-body workout. You will stretch, lengthen and tighten your core—all in just 50 minutes. The combination of these exercises is perfect for us ladies who don’t want to add bulky muscles. Stretching gives us elongated muscles and cardio helps eliminate excess body fat.

“As someone who has danced her whole life and has taken yoga for the past 20+ years, I was skeptical that SPX would make much of a difference to my body. But was I ever wrong…This is truly a total body workout that pushes me like nothing I have ever done before and I continue to see amazing results.”
– Lisa M. (former Miss Arizona)

At the core of the SPX training method is the Megaformer, which represents a significant evolution of the traditional Pilates reformer. It is designed to cater to both upper and lower body muscles, using a system of springs and pulleys. This introduces the resistance and counter-resistance elements to the workout. Don’t worry, you will be under the guidance of a certified instructor, making it one of the safest ways to strengthen muscles while reducing stress on the joints and connective tissue.

  1. I felt a little insecure because everyone taking the class was beautiful, strong and extremely fit. After 50 minutes I couldn’t move a muscle. The trainer gave me some TLC and converted me. Probably the best full-body workout one can take.
