The Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) donated $29,000 to the Arizona Housing Fund, with $14,000 of the contribution coming from proceeds of AAR’s Homes for All license plate. The donation will support housing programs designed to serve the more than 13,000 Arizonans experiencing homelessness.
“The Arizona Association of REALTORS has been among our biggest supporters since the fund was created in 2019,” said Howard Epstein, founder of the Arizona Housing Fund. “One hundred percent of this donation, just like every donation we receive, will go directly toward grant funding for established nonprofits building affordable and supportive housing units in Arizona.”
The Homes for All license plate, launched in 2023, channels $17 from each plate purchase to the Arizona REALTORS® Foundation for Housing and Community Outreach. Funds are used to establish housing projects that address the availability, access, and quality of housing in communities across the state.

“The Arizona REALTORS® is grateful for the opportunity to further support access to affordable housing projects across our great state,” said Scott Drucker, CEO of the Arizona REALTORS®. “We encourage those wanting to help provide stable housing for vulnerable populations to purchase a Homes for All specialty plate. When choosing this plate, you help reduce homelessness by funding initiatives like the Arizona Housing Fund.”
Since its inception, the Arizona Housing Fund has granted $1.9 million to 11 nonprofit housing projects statewide. By partnering with organizations focused on creating affordable and supportive housing, the Fund continues to make a meaningful impact on some of Arizona’s most vulnerable populations.
