Compass, Inc., the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage, has welcomed Arizona luxury real estate powerhouse Frank Aazami to its roster. Known for his unmatched influence in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets, this move is considered a significant brokerage transition in Arizona’s real estate history.
Formerly with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Aazami brings nearly 20 years of experience, a consistent track record of record-breaking sales, and a loyal network of high-net-worth clients.
Several of his colleagues from the Private Client Group, including Dinesh Wilson, Fletcher Wilcox, and Zoya Pedenko, are also joining Compass. The group is known for generating more than $100 million in annual sales, according to BrokerMetrics.

He will also continue serving on the advisory board for Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions.
