Last Christmas, a magical portal with direct access to Santa&#8217;s 400-year-old themed workshop at the North Pole was discovered in the charming little ski village of Greer, Ariz. Due to the recent improvements, the explosion of positive reviews online, and the increase in Arizona residents choosing to save money by vacationing closer to home, ticket sales are expected to sell out quickly.<\/p>\n<p>The North Pole Experience let&#8217;s us have a Christmas Arizona adventure unlike anything else.  It begins with dinner at Molly Butler Lodge, a century-old historic landmark. After dinner, families sing carols with the elves on the Candy Cane Express. Passing through a top-secret magic portal, families reach the North Pole where they will enjoy a special hands-on adventure touring Santa\u2019s famous headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Once the elves have unlocked the massive wooden doors to the workshop, the real &#8216;work&#8217; begins!  Kids activities include a visit to Santa\u2019s Toy Hall of Fame, orientation with Alibaster Snowflake, building toys, enjoying cookies and milk with Mrs. Claus in her bakery, and attending Elf University. After they travel back through the magic portal, the adventure wraps up with kids craft activities such as making holiday ornaments then relaxing storytelling with Mrs. Claus back at Molly Butler Lodge. Parents often sit back and enjoy their children&#8217;s delight with a nightcap while relaxing around a crackling fire in the 80-square-foot fireplace. And for those staying in one of Molly&#8217;s cabins, or at the lodge, an intimate breakfast with Santa awaits.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To book tickets for the North Pole Experience or Molly Butler Lodge cabin rental packages, please call 888-NPX-SANT<\/p>\n<p>Tickets cost $74 per adult and $62 per child ages two-to-eighteen, which includes dinner and the experience.  Infants are free. All-inclusive NPX ticket and cabin packages start at $440, including dinner\/workshop tickets for two adults and two children. The charming, private woodland cabins are situated on large lots and, depending on the cabin size, can sleep two to 18 guests per cabin.<\/p>\n<p>Due to its 12-mile proximity to Arizona&#8217;s Sunrise Ski Resort, many guests choose to book the two-night Molly Butler Lodge ski package for families that enjoy outdoor activities in the snowfall.
