Do you think you have what it takes to be Arizona Foothills<\/em>\u2019 next Face of Foothills? Well AFM<\/em> has already begun its search and has even teamed up with Westcor to find its 2011 poster girl. The dynamic duo will hold open calls for local models at specific locations in the Valley starting May 1 in the famed Scottsdale Fashion Square!<\/p>\n

The second-annual Face of Foothills Model Search is a contest to find the best \u201cface\u201d for not only a cover feature and six-page spread in the printed magazine, but also as the featured model at the top of the booming azfoothills.com<\/a> Web site for an entire year. Plus, the winning model will receive more than $10,000 in cash and prizes!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It doesn’t matter if you are older, younger, short or tall because all ages, heights, sexes and sizes are permitted to enter. But if you are a minor, you will need a parent or guardian present at casting call.<\/p>\n

“We can’t wait to see the entries this brings in,” says President & Publisher Michael Dee, “Between our Web presence and the exposure at Westcor’s shopping centers, we’re sure to command the attention of the best models in the Valley.”<\/p>\n

The Casting Calls will be opportunities for models to meet representatives from the magazine, fill out entry forms and submit headshots to the contest, or have a headshot taken by a professional photographer.<\/p>\n

There will be two types of casting calls\u2026<\/p>\n

Tier One Casting Calls<\/strong>
\nTier One Casting Calls will be an opportunity for the magazine to choose a model from the pool of that center\u2019s entrants, who will bypass the voting rounds and make it straight to the Finale Party as a finalist. The magazine will meet all entrants and accept all photos and information before choosing a finalist, who will be announced at the end of the Casting Call. All other entries will be submitted to the Face of Foothills pool of entries and are still in the running to win the title. These Casting Calls will have music, informal modeling and Westcor beauty bars. The Tier One Casting Calls will be held:<\/p>\n
