Well here is your chance! On Dec. 17, recent winner and Scottsdale Culinary Institute alum,\u00a0Stephanie Izard\u00a0will prepare an exquisite 8-course meal at the booming Digestif restaurant in Scottsdale.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>With help from Digestif\u2019s chefs,\u00a0Payton Curry and pastry chef Tracy Dempsey Izard\u2019s\u00a0meal is slated to be exotic, with such meat selections as duck, scallops, pork and lamb. Sommelier Sariya Jarasviroj Brown of importer Vin Divino will pair stunning Austrian wines (and a few fun surprises) with each dish.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Digestif opened this year and serves up seasonal ingredients, hand-cut meats and local produce. The unique menu style is great for either having a long luxurious dinner or a quick sald and glass of wine. Digestif is also known for having the rare Absinthe on the menu.<\/span><span> Craving an afternoon or late-night snack? Nibble on cheeses, p\u00e2t\u00e9, fish & chips, the PLT with house-cured pancetta, smoked salmon salad.
