Once children come along in your life, your Halloween holiday entails passing out candy at your doorstep, dressing up the kids in their spooky costumes, pumpkin carving (with caution), guiding some trick or treating and, if you’re lucky, squeezing in a Halloween party with friends. \nOnly the brave can venture this haunted house in Ahwatukee. Ghosts and goblins are set to terrify, while others can take a hayride through the park and stock up on free candy. Take the little ones to the less scary version between 6 and 7:30 p.m. All proceeds benefit youth programs at the community center.
